Every time there is an idea or a plan, the intention has to be clearly identified or specified. When we involve or engage in a job or a business as an income source, the intention will play a major role here in shaping up your future.
We say that intention is one with cause and effect, where the cause or causes need a clear framework of understanding to work out a better output as an effect. In other words we can say that all the aspects have to be considered so that the impact from that particular aspect can be measured and if there exist any negative impact or effect, then we need to work out a plan to reduce the impact to our life, company or family also if the impact or effect is positive, then we can work out clear strategies to enhance the output.
When an employee or owner of a business is not able to list down the intention, then the impact cannot be measured clearly or defined clearly. Once we have our clear intentions, it is very easy to work out a plan for the company and employee to bring in new dimensions of development with certain clearly defined time, target oriented achievable objectives.
There is a power in every single soul that has to be utilized in a positive way. Power is the alignment of your personality with your soul. Your personality comes to serve the energy of your soul. Meaning you can combine yourself – your personality with what your soul purpose is, and if you use that as your bottom line definition at all times in your life when you can take your personality the energy of whatever is going on in your external life. But most people don’t know what their soul wants. Whenever you are feeling angry or jealous or frightened or vengeful or depressed or all of these painful emotions these are times in which you are losing power. You are losing power to external circumstances. The principle of taking responsibility for your life and being responsible for the energy that you bring. Hence it is important to control your emotions to control your power. Always power will keep you self agile in any obstacle.
Therefore one should be clear in their intentions to align themselves with success which is always a positive vibe to be able to climb uphill tasks which are there against you. So let’s have our positive intentions to be with a positive cause and to always have a positive effect.
